The 1650A leading edge full cleaning waste one click single adjustment die-cutting machine is combined with a slitting machine for production, suitable for processing 2 × 2 specification irregular cardboard, and the whole machine can adjust the mold with one click, which is time-saving and efficient. The finished product has regular and smooth edges and corners, even depth of die-cutting indentation, clean and complete breakpoints, no defects or broken edges, and no burrs on the edges. The entire machine adopts a split modular layout, featuring symmetrically arranged dual paper feeding units on the left and right sides, a rotating worktable in the middle, and a paper output conveyor platform at the rear. The machine body's box is precision-engineered from sheet metal, with a simple and elegant color scheme. The workstations are equipped with visual observation windows, adjustable support legs at the bottom, and a compact, well-organized structure, enabling seamless integration with die-cutting machines to form an automated production line.

The machine separates nicks in between die cutted blanks in one direction only.
The separator is composed by two grippers one fixed and the other moving, the separation point is automatically positioned in between the two grippers, the moving one pull whilst the fixed is holding the other side of the batch, the movement is performed trough pneumatic pistons.
The transport of the batches is performed trough flat driven belts.
Because its size it’s very convenient to be placed on the side of a rotary die cutter.
Typical flat bed die cutter application requires double sense separation, the machines needs therefore to be placed in corner or one after the other with a turning cross in the middle.
