Hot Foil Series Machine

This process primarily employs electroplated aluminum hot stamping technology to apply gold or colored patterns, text, and logos onto surfaces of materials such as paper, plastic, leather, and gift boxes, making it widely used in packaging, paper product manufacturing, and label production.

Parameters can be precisely set via touch screen or panel, with hot stamping temperature, speed, pressure, and foil travel distance stored instantly. The system offers high positioning accuracy, consistent performance across repetitive tasks, and rapid model switching and adjustment.

The common causes include insufficient hot stamping pressure, low temperature, or incompatibility between the electroplated aluminum and the material. The issue can be resolved by gradually increasing pressure, fine-tuning temperature, and replacing with a compatible gold stamping foil.

First, check whether the foil roll holder is properly aligned and whether the tension during winding/unwinding is uniform. Clear any debris from the foil passage, then adjust the tension to an optimal level for improvement.

Clean the device surface of dust and residual paper debris daily; apply lubricating oil regularly to transmission rails and bearings; disconnect power supply and cover components to prevent dust ingress when not in use for extended periods, thereby avoiding moisture exposure to the electrical control system.
