Lead edge paper feeding

A.The unique design of scratch-proof protects the paperboard not broken from production,especially coated colour printing board.
B.Synchronous belt integrated design make sure the machine run more steadily and reduce noise.
C.The individual servo motor provides sufficient power,and equipped with a high-power frequency control fan.The bending corrugated paperboard conveyor operates very stably.
D.The newly upgraded leading-edge feed mechanism features adjustable airflow based on cardboard thickness, enabling precise paper feeding and significantly enhanced adaptability to different paper types.

Paper conveying unit

A. Right and left side gauge to cover varying registration as required. Advanced push gauge & adjustable rubber transport wheels and brushes can accurately put the board into the exact die-cutting position.
B. Japan Omron photoelectric sensor can effectively prevent paper misplacement into the machine, thus reducing the rejection rate and improving the die-cutting accuracy.
C. The paper pressing part is controlled by cylinder, which is more convenient to lift and fall.

Die-cutting unit

A.Crankshaft connecting rod type high precision plane movable die-cutting table.

B.High stability upper platen fixed die-cutting table.

C.Multi cam  intermittent transmission mechanism,improve  machine  life.High quality torque clutch protects INDEX from injury.

D.Bevel pressure trimming device, the overall adjustment pressure range is + 1.5mm.

E.High quality,imported pre-stretched gripper bar driving chain.

F.The die-cut steel plate adopts 75Cr1 with 7 mm super hardness and double-sided design, featuring easy operation through pneumatic suspension push-pull mechanism, enabling one-touch rapid plate locking and sheet switching with effortless precision.

Stripping Unit

A.The upper and lower frames are link work stripping device,which is stable, accurate and powerful.
B.Stripping plate adopts Yin-Yang form work. The central positioning device makes
changing plate more convenient and save time. Upper frame lifting with electric.
C.Male and female templates are used to realize different stripping work. Equipped with a complete waste stripping device, can clear the tooth row paper edge, greatly improve the production efficiency.
D.The upper clearance for waste plates provides ample space, allowing plate loading to be completed on the platform via sliding or drawer mechanisms.The dual-function design enables the removal of waste plates and waste needles, with the waste needles of 360-degree rotation for rapid and efficient operation.

Receiving Unit

A.Operator foot switch control table, using pneumatic lifting, easy to operate.
B.Local monitoring system, in the front of the paper can see the situation of the paper receiving in real time, so that the machine operation is safer.
C.HMI man-machine interface, image display, so that the operation is simpler.
D.Front stop gauge optical fiber proofreading, can accurately prevent cardboard skew into, reduce carton waste.
E.The paper receiving part is equipped with multiple sensors, no dead Angle protection, the paper receiving is more orderly, and the paper is effectively monitored after the die cutting.
F.The non-stop paper feeding system significantly enhances operational efficiency.

Drive unit

A.The intermittent box is driven by Taiwan professional ternary CAM indexing mechanism, which makes the transmission noise less, the drive is more stable, and the maintenance and replacement are more convenient.
B.The tooth row is made of high quality hard aluminum alloy profiles, the surface is anodized, the rigidity is strong, the material is light, the inertia is small, and the paper can be accurately transferred during the operation.
C.The main chain adopts the original German IWIS, which has good tensile effect.
D.PLC program controlled automatic oil supply system can complete the lubrication of the chain as required.

Host unit

A.Worm gear material selection of high quality alloy copper, precision machine tool processing, manual scraping, high precision, especially wear-resistant.
B.The main part is made of ductile iron, which improves the pressure resistance of the machine.
C.The dynamic damping and pressurization system makes the machine less wear and more pressure.
D.With OMPI rotary joint, equipped with pneumatic clutch, low noise, long life, more stable braking.
E.Equipped with automatic centralized lubrication system, the crank connecting rod of the main transmission adopts forced oil supply.
