High precise feeder paper feeding unit

A.High-precision enhanced Feeder paper feeding system with adjustable, controllable, and tiltable cardboard alignment. Equipped with a German Beck vacuum pump featuring a high-performance suction nozzle, it ensures accurate feeding of both cardboard and corrugated paper.
B.A local monitoring system allows real-time tracking of paper collection during feeding, enhancing operational safety. C.An HMI (Human-Machine Interface) continuously monitors machine status.
D.A user-friendly pneumatic pre-feeding device ensures neat cardboard alignment.

A. Right and left side gauge to cover varying registration as required. Advanced push and pull gauge & adjustable rubber transport wheels and brushes can accurately put the board into the exact die-cutting position.
B. Japan Omron photoelectric sensor can effectively prevent paper misplacement into the machine, thus reducing the rejection rate and improving the die-cutting accuracy.
