Main Structure Introduction:
The machine consists of motor base, press frame, electromagnetic clutch transmission mechanism, electrical control system and other parts.The motor is located at the right rear side of the machine, driving the flywheel through V-belt reduction.The electromagnetic clutch connects the flywheel and drive shaft, controlling the rotation or braking of the drive shaft through the engagement and disengagement of the electromagnetic clutch.After the drive shaft runs, it is decelerated by the reduction gear system, making the crank wheels at both ends of the main shaft rotate at low speed, thus driving the connecting rod to make the press frame reciprocate and swing to complete creasing and cutting.
It can perform embossing, with uniform heating controlled by computer.
This machine is equipped with four safety devices and four functions.Safety devices: gantry safety, triangular safety, handle safety, photoelectric automatic safety, making the machine safer and more reliable.Functions: single cutting, delay, continuous operation, counting.
In addition, the brake clutch adopts electromagnetic suction type, featuring sensitive braking, large safety factor and high safety performance.

Instructions for Using the Computer Part of the Program-controlled Hot Stamping Machine
(一)Operation Panel and LCD Display
The operation panel is divided into three parts: the left part is parameter setting, the middle part is machine operation and status indication, and the right part is hot stamping temperature control.The LCD screen displays the machine’s operating parameters, accumulated times and various statuses.The machine has three states:
1.Parameter setting status: First, select the data to be modified by operating the cursor keys (

), and then press the plus minus keys (+-) and (on/off) keys to enter. Machines can remember data at any time.
2.Indentation Working Status:

3.Hot Stamping Working Status: The roller can be jogged; it runs automatically after the machine starts.


(二)Parameter Description
① The machine has three stepper motors, which independently act on three rollers to control the foil feeding amount of each anodized aluminum. Four data items need to be input for each roller during hot stamping.
1.Minor: Normal foil feeding amount, the length of each foil feeding (minor length). Unit: mm.
2.Frequency: refers to the number of times the jump is significant. If it is 1, there is no need to jump. If it is 0, it will not work.
3.Large: Jump foil feeding amount, the length of skipped full-width foil (large length). Unit: mm.
4.ON/OFF: Corresponding to the working status of each roller. "ON" means working; "OFF" means non-working.For example:

The graphic and text to be hot stamped as shown in the picture is a "hot stamping sample" product that requires hot stamping. Each sheet of aluminum foil is printed with two patterns and words, with a length of 100mm and a distance of 300mm between the two prints. To save aluminum foil, the normal foil feeding amount is set to 100, the number of jumping steps is 5 (repeated 100 times for four times), and the amount of jumping foil feeding is 500 (the fifth time of pulling over 500 is one cycle). The working result is shown in the figure. By clearly defining the meanings of each parameter, various printed products can be transmitted to the system using these parameters.

(三)Work status indicator light
This machine has three input signal indications:
1.Protection indicator light: When the machine's protection micro switch or parking switch is activated, this indicator light is on.
2.Turn on indicator light: When the press frame of the machine is opened to its maximum position, this indicator light will turn on. It takes effect when the delay needs to be extended.
3.Closing indicator light: When the indicator light is on, it indicates that the machine is in the closed position. It is activated by the proximity switch installed on the machine. During each ironing press, this indicator light will light up once, and the ironing pressure gauge value will increase by 1. When the indicator light changes from bright to dark during hot stamping work, the stepper motor starts to operate and pull the aluminum foil. Additionally, it needs to be activated when closing the delay.
When the machine is working, if this indicator light does not flash, it indicates that the proximity switch is not working. At this time, the machine cannot work normally and the cause needs to be checked and the fault eliminated before it can work.(四)Specific operating steps:
After the machine is powered on, the LCD screen displays an inquiry message, and it can now work. Press any key to enter the parameter setting state. After confirming the accuracy of the data, it can enter the working state at any time.
Host "ON" and "OFF" buttons: When the operation indicator light is not on, press the "ON" button to start the main motor of the machine; if the "OFF" button is pressed, the host will stop running. The machine can also press the "OFF" button during hot stamping to stop both the main unit and the press frame from working simultaneously.
Hot stamping "ON/OFF" button: The machine needs to perform hot stamping work. Press this button once, and the indicator light will turn on. The machine enters the hot stamping working state; If pressed again, the light will turn off. The machine enters the die-cutting working state.
Work "ON" and "OFF" buttons: After the main motor starts, press the "ON" button to enter the hot pressing working state. At this time, the machine will only stop working when the work "OFF" button or the main engine "OFF" button is pressed or the protection is activated.Fault handling:
1.Three sets of stepper motors do not rotate:
If the counting also does not work, please check the closed proximity switch. If the counting works, please check the power board and transformer, etc.
Additionally, check that all data displayed on the LCD screen, such as length and frequency, are not zero and must be 'on'.
2.One or two of the three sets of stepper motors do not operate or are not accurate: First, check the set of data displayed on the LCD screen.
Please check the driver board. If the green light on the driver board does not light up during work, the board needs to be replaced.
Check the stepper motor.
Check the mechanical transmission part.
Check if the aviation plug of the stepper motor is loose.
3.Clutch not engaged:
If the work indicator light is on, check the high-voltage components such as rectifier bridge, carbon brush, air switch, etc
If the work indicator light is not on and the protection indicator light is on, check the safety protection micro switch.
4.Inaccurate temperature control
Check if the corresponding thermocouple is in good contact with the electric heating plate. Check if the temperature controller is functioning properly,
Adjust the calibration potentiometer on the temperature controller. -
